An EE=MD² ™ Poem
“The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the LORD hath made even both of them.”
PROVERBS 20:12 (WEB)
Fearfully and wonderfully made by GOD The Creator the human body is a masterpiece of miracles.
Consider the eye.
Before Human Beings Knew
Before human beings knew anything about light rays, GOD Painted the earth, His Creation, with infinite color. He formed light rays of different wavelengths to reflect off or be absorbed by the various colors. The reflected light rays travel across inches or feet or miles or light-years to reach into the human eyes that He Created. The reflected light rays that reach inside the eye activate receptors that send signals to the human brain. Those receptors are named rods that register black and white for shape and shades and cones for identifying colors. The brain deciphers the colors, shades, and shapes from the information those signals carry to allow us to see.
Before human beings knew such a thing as a lens existed, GOD Placed a lifetime lens into each eye. Moreover, the lens GOD created is of a matter that connects to tiny muscles within the eye. Those muscles are able to contract and relax to change the shape of the lens based on where the eye looks to focus. The human eye has an opening through translucent tissue that covers and protects the eye. Light rays travel through the protective covering and through the human lens. The shape of the lens changes with a single goal: to focus the incoming light upon the inside of the eye to activate the rods and cones in the specific pattern of the reflected light waves that the human brain receives to recreate incredibly precise and often glorious images of the world and beings GOD Created.
Before human beings knew about dimensions of the our environment and realized there are different views of life, GOD Gave us two eyes and He Created nerve pathways that gathered the light waves from each eye into the brain where rays reflected from different objects or beings were grouped together. GOD Gave us stereoscopic vision1
After GOD Created
After GOD created the land, the trees, the fish, the fowl, the walking and the crawling animals, He Created man and then woman. He Placed them in His Garden and Walked with them in the cool of the evening. We don’t know how many days or years the first man and the woman lived in the Garden with GOD, but we know the Garden was filled with every living creature, covered in vegetation and flora, and full of beauty to behold. Adam and Eve could see the beauty and colors. They could see the trees in the Garden. The BIBLE Book of GENESIS Tells the story that GOD Told Adam and Eve they could eat of the fruit of many of the trees, but He Instructed them not to eat of the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. When the serpent tempted Eve with that forbidden fruit, Eve saw the fruit to be desirable and did eat thereof. She gave the fruit to Adam who ate as well. With that disobedience, sin entered the Created world. Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden, separated from GOD.
23 Therefore the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.
24 So He drove out the man and stationed cherubim on the east side of the Garden of Eden, along with a whirling sword of flame to guard the way to the tree of life. GENESIS, Chapter 3 (BSB) 2
For Hope
Even so, right then and there, GOD Made provision for human kind that the serpent would be defeated. The Provision was Jesus the Only Begotten Son of The Living GOD.
15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed. He will crush your head, and you will strike his heel. GENESIS 3:15 (BSB)
Hallelujah!
May Jesus Bless you: May He Open your eyes to SEE What is Good and What The Lord Requires of you! 3
