Intricate and beautiful in the midst of what appears as chaos and lack are exquisite hand-crafted materials that clothe the Burkinabé people. They appear extremely happy with not a care in their world, yet, some live in huts and humble village homes, while their clothing is gallant. By contrast, one might ponder King Solomon in all of his splendor: he was not clothed like these “Lilies” of the valley.
