In the news a twitter calls
Clamors to a post.
What he wrote was stupid.
What he said a roast!
With every pointing finger.
Comes three a pointing back.
Never did you falter?!
Born without a lack?
In all the clamor gossip,
Opinion clamors most.
Did you yourself once meet
The author of that post?
From isolated comments,
Profusive words abound.
Escalated anger
Makes another round.
When is enough enough, when is silence better, what makes published . . . gossip?
Sufficient to our souls?
Is respectful discussion face-to-face
really something to replace?
Look to See! Find the ones who are attentive
to the present place and time
to the other beings looking
rather human, quite divine.
Listen to Hear . . . the silence and the sighs
Hear the presence of emotion
the growing human cries
the living of devotion
Stop the texting, stop the (face) booking
With your human eyes start looking
Choose your watching, part with wasting
With your human heart, start hasting . . . to Hear!
Happiness and pain
Helpless loss and startled gain
Walking hopeful, Walking calm
Walking talking, finding . . . a Psalm.
